Refunds and returns
Thirty days from the day it arrives. What follows is the whole of it, without small print.
The short version
You have thirty days from delivery to tell us you want to return something. Send it back unworn and we refund what you paid for the item. If the fault is ours, we pay the postage both ways. If you simply changed your mind, you pay to post it back.
What we can take back
An item is returnable if it comes back in the state it left us: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of scent and marks, with any tags still attached. Jewellery must return in its original packet. Please try dresses on over your own clothes — makeup on a neckline is the single most common reason a return is refused.
What we cannot take back
- Pierced earrings, once the packet is opened. This is a hygiene rule and we cannot bend it.
- Anything altered, taken in, or hemmed after delivery.
- Items bought as final sale, which are labelled as such on the product page before you buy.
- Gift cards.
