What to tell us
For a question about an order, the order number is enough. For a question about fit, name the dress and the two sizes you are between.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Email us first and we will send the address and the steps. Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the dress arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we pay it. There is no restocking fee. If something is unresolved, say so in writing and we will come back to you within 2 business days.
Shipping
Standard shipping in North America is $5.95, and an order totalling $74.96 or more ships at no charge. Express is $14.95. Orders placed before 2PM ET go into processing the same business day; processing runs 1–3 business days and transit 4–8 business days.
