This policy explains what Sanford & Kid collects when you visit or buy from sanfordkid.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and telephone number, along with what you ordered. When you browse, our store platform collects standard technical information such as your device type, browser, and the pages you looked at.
We do not see or store your full card number. Payment details are handled by the payment processor at checkout.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, answer your emails, handle returns, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We also use aggregate browsing data to understand which parts of the shop people actually use.
Who else sees it
Our store runs on Shopify, which processes this data on our behalf. We share what is necessary with the payment processor to take payment, and with the carrier to deliver your parcel. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies to keep your cart, to keep you signed in, and to measure traffic. You can refuse or delete them in your browser; the cart and checkout may stop working properly if you do.
Marketing email
We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect without you having to ask us as well.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you.
Your rights
Write to support@sanfordkid.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will answer within 2 business days and act within the period the applicable law allows. Deletion cannot cover records we are legally required to retain.
Children
The shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
