Are these original vintage dresses?

No, and we will not let that be ambiguous. Everything here is a reproduction of a period cut, sewn now, in modern cloth, to modern sizing. A dress tagged 1950s follows a fifties silhouette and was not manufactured in that decade. If you are looking for an original garment from the period, we are not the right shop.

How do I choose a size?

Sizes run S through XL on every dress, XXL on most, and XS or XXXL on a few. They grade to contemporary sizing, so start from the size you wear today rather than a vintage label. Every garment is measured by hand, so allow 1–2 cm of variance. If you are between two sizes, email us with the dress and both sizes.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in North America is $5.95, and an order totalling $74.96 or more ships at no charge. Express is $14.95.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2PM ET enter processing the same business day. Processing runs 1–3 business days, and transit after that runs 4–8 business days.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Email us and we will send the address and the steps. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the dress arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it. There is no restocking fee.
