Shipping policy
Sanford & Kid ships from North Adams, Massachusetts, to addresses in North America. Prices below are in US dollars and are what the checkout charges.
Rates
- Standard — $5.95. Applies to orders totalling up to $74.95.
- Standard — free. An order totalling $74.96 or more ships at no charge.
- Express — $14.95. Available on any order total.
Processing
Orders placed before 2PM ET enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time enter processing the next business day. Processing takes 1–3 business days: that is the time between your order arriving with us and the parcel leaving.
Transit
After dispatch, transit runs 4–8 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon starts its clock on the following Monday.
Adding processing and transit together, a standard order typically arrives within 5–11 business days of being placed. Express shortens the transit leg, not the processing leg.
Tracking
You get a confirmation when the order is placed and a second message with tracking when the parcel leaves. If the second one has not arrived and the processing window has passed, write to us and we will find out where it is rather than tell you to wait.
Addresses
We ship to the address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@sanfordkid.com immediately — before dispatch we can usually change it, and after dispatch we cannot.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume all happen, and none of them are things we can promise around. What we will do is tell you what we actually know about your parcel when you ask.
