These terms cover your use of sanfordkid.com and any order you place through it. Using the site means you accept them.

What we sell

We sell reproduction dresses: garments sewn now, in modern cloth, to modern sizing, following a silhouette from an earlier decade. Nothing on this shop is a period original, and a garment tagged with a decade follows that decade's line rather than dating from it. This is stated on every product page and it is not a figure of speech.

Product descriptions and images

We describe each garment from the garment itself and photograph it as it is. Screens render colour differently, and every piece is measured by hand with a tolerance of 1–2 cm, so small differences between the page and the parcel are expected. If a description or a price is plainly wrong, we may correct it and cancel any order placed against the error, refunding you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment processor.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline one — for example where the garment is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a delivery address is one we cannot ship to. If we decline your order after payment, we refund it in full.

Returns

Returns are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

Keep your account details to yourself. Do not use the shop to break the law, to interfere with the site, or to scrape it.

Our content

The text and photographs on this site are ours. You may not republish them commercially without permission.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell and we will put right what we get wrong. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
